1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, website, and software applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Monthly SaaS Subscription: Our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

2.2 Payment Methods: A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

2.3 Fee Changes: We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.

3. Free Trials and Automatic Charging

3.1 Trial Period: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

3.2 Automatic Charging: If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged by us until the Free Trial has expired. ON THE LAST DAY OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCELED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR THE TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION YOU HAVE SELECTED.

3.3 Cancellation During Trial: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the Free Trial period ends. You can cancel your subscription through your account management page or by contacting our support team.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current Subscription period.

4.2 Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by us on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

5. Accounts and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
