Cortex SOP Creator
What it does
This is the tool people lose their minds over in the Brain Dump Workshop. It's an AI-powered interview tool that asks you questions about a process in your business — then generates the next question based on your answer. By the end, you have a real, structured SOP documented and ready to drop into your Company Brain. No writing. No staring at a blank page. Just talking.
The build story
I built this because I watched business owner after business owner struggle with the same thing — they KNOW their processes but can't get them out of their head and onto paper. So I vibe coded an interview tool that does it for them. You talk, AI listens, and a finished SOP comes out the other side.
Where it's used
This is a core part of the Company Cortex course and the live Brain Dump Workshop. Every attendee uses it to create their first SOP.

The build story
I used to pay agencies to build websites. Now I vibe code them myself. This site was built page by page using JourneyBuilder's AI site builder — I described each section, the layout, the copy direction, and the vibe I wanted, and the tool generated the structure. Then I refined it until it matched my brand. Proof that vibe coding isn't just for little side projects — it's how I run my business.

Moving Estimate Calculator
What it does
A custom calculator tool built for a moving company client. Customers enter their move details — size of home, distance, special items, timing — and get an instant ballpark estimate. It saves the business hours of back-and-forth quoting and gives the customer an answer in seconds.
The build story
A client needed a way to give quick estimates without tying up their team on the phone all day. I vibe coded this calculator in a single session — described the inputs, the logic, and the output format to AI, and it built the whole thing. No developer. No weeks of back and forth. Just a working tool, fast.

Live on the client's website. Customers use it every day to get instant moving estimates before booking a call.
Super 'Brain in a Box' Game
What it does
A retro-style game to show off the Brain in a Box Framework. Players collect SOPs and Documents without getting sidetracked by daily interruptions, gaining health by drinking coffee. The goal is to build all 6 notebooks that make up the Brain in a Box AI System.
The build story
This game was completely built with the JourneyBuilder AI Vibe Coding studio and a Google Sheet connection for storing the scores on the leaderboard.

What it does
A custom Commission Calculator for a B2B Sign Company. This tool allows sales reps to enter in jobs and payments, and it automatically calculates and reports their commissions based on complex business rules.
The build story
Completely built with the JourneyBuilder Vibe Coding Studio. It takes complex commission structures and automates the math, saving hours of manual spreadsheet work every month and giving reps real-time visibility into their earnings.
Where it's used
Used internally by the sign company's sales team to track their jobs and calculate their payouts accurately.
